Sound Healing
Experience deep relaxation and nervous system support through therapeutic sound. This 30- or 60-minute session uses singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments to reduce stress, release tension, and restore energetic balance.
Mind-Body Reset
A calming, 60-minute, session designed to soothe overwhelm, ease pain, and help your body return to a regulated state. Techniques are personalized and may include sound, somatic practice, EFT Tapping and gentle movement.
Integrative Healing
For chronic pain, fatigue, or emotional stress, 1:1 coaching offers a deeper path to relief. This process blends science with compassionate guidance. It begins with a free strategy session to explore next steps. (in-person or virtually)
